FAQ

SolBase Aero questions

How many cars does one Aero frame cover?
A single cantilever frame covers one row of bays; a portal frame covers two rows back to back. The number of frames follows your parking layout.
Where does rainwater go?
The rafter line carries an integrated GI gutter that discharges at the column to a downpipe or drain of your choice.
What foundation does Aero need?
RCC pedestals with cast-in anchor bolts. We supply the pedestal design and the bolt template.
Can the underside be finished?
Yes. A false ceiling or lighting rail can be fixed to the purlins; tell us the load and we allow for it.
Do you install?
We supply the structure bundled and labelled with drawings. Installation is by your EPC or ours on request.
What is the lead time?
Drawings in [3] working days; fabrication from [2] weeks after drawing approval depending on tonnage.
